Program details are as follows:
The first step is to set up a free evaluation to determine if the candidate qualifies for the program.
A list of sample scripts will be emailed to the candidate for use, and an appointment will be set up over the phone. During the evaluation, the candidate reads from the script of their choice, and is given some direction. This helps Aria to evaluate if the person qualifies for the program. Sometimes referrals or suggestions are made, and sometimes the candidate is accepted immediately into the program.
Qualification usually consists of having a good reading ability, a good speaking voice, being able to take direction, and having good acting ability. Although previous education and experience in the entertainment industry can be helpful, it is not required; we believe the candidate either does have natural talent or does not.

If selected, the student will have the opportunity to choose from either the 'Unlimited Private Coaching Package', or the 'Small Group Class Package', where they will learn the skills necessary to succeed in the business, and get the opportunity to work with Aria on a one to one basis as well.
Every person has a unique talent and Aria will always give personalized coaching and attention in order to bring out and develop that talent, so that the student is ready to go into the studio to record a great sounding, personalized demo.
At the recording studio the student will work with our engineer, and be directed by Aria. They will make a professional, digitally recorded voice-over CD that will be used as a calling card for agents and casting directors. In this way, they will have the tools necessary to move forward into the professional arena, and start procuring high paying voice over work.
At this point, the student will be considered for management. The student's demo will be reviewed. If the student is accepted into management, a non-exclusive agreement may be signed, and they will begin being submitted for appropriate work in the lucrative voice over business.
In addition, every student will be invited to regular agent meetings, during which time the student will have the opportunity to meet with agents and casting directors one-on-one. These meetings are priceless since it is usually very difficult to meet or talk to busy agents, even on the phone.
